Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of the Glomfjord data centre project. You will oversee day-to-day construction execution, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and progress on site in Norway.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glomfjord. A strong track record delivering large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects, knowledge of M&E and structural systems, and hands-on leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Extensive progressive construction management experience on large-scale projects
• Experience leading industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical sites
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems
• Deep HSE knowledge and safety leadership

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site construction activities across prep, structural, electrical, and commissioning.
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure sequencing and specs.
• Validate field progress and manage critical-path risks with contractors.
• Drive cost control, change management, and timely field decisions.
• Enforce safety culture per Norwegian HSE regulations and SHA plans.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and resolve field conflicts.
