Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Project Manager to establish and execute offshore projects based on customer contracts. You will lead project planning, structure, and P&L while maintaining continuous client communication on scope, cost and timing.

The role requires a degree in engineering or 2 years of technical college, offshore certificates, and 2 years of supervisory experience in offshore settings. Permanent or project employment with strong career guidance is offered.

Qualifications

Minimum mechanical or electrical certificate of apprenticeship.
Bachelor degree in engineering or 2 years technical college will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of project management.
English verbal and written.
Offshore certificates Skills/Experience.
2 years working experience preferably as a supervisor/team leader/foreman within the offshore industry.

Responsibilities

Establish projects to execute customer contracts according to client terms and conditions.
Plan projects, establish structure and P&L.
Maintain continuous communication with customers on scope, cost and timing.
Develop project-specific procedures for upcoming operations.
Coordinate mobilizations of equipment and crew.
Ensure HSEQ planning and risk assessments are completed with deviation control.
Follow up on invoicing, status reporting, and post-job evaluation.
