Job summary

Head Energy Group seeks a Project Manager to oversee offshore projects from handover to completion, ensuring compliance with contract terms and internal project manuals.

You will plan, coordinate, and monitor scope, cost, and schedule while engaging with customers and internal teams to maintain safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum mechanical or electrical apprenticeship.
• Bachelor degree in engineering or 2 years technical college is an advantage.
• English verbal and written proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Establish projects after handover to execute customer contracts.
• Plan projects including structure and P&L.
• Communicate with customers about scope, costs and timing.
• Develop project-specific procedures for operations.
• Coordinate mobilizations for equipment, engineering and crew.
• Ensure HSEQ planning and risk assessments are done.
• Report project status and progress and perform mitigations.
• Manage personnel engagement and appraisal dialogues.

We are looking for Project Manager

Job Description:

• The project manager is responsible, after handover meeting with sales and marketing, for establishing projects to execute customer contracts according to client contract terms and conditions.
• Projects will be executed according to Project manual, which includes, but are not limited to:
• Ensure fully comprehension of customer contract terms and conditions
• Project planning – hereunder establishing the project structure and P&L
• Continuous communication with the customer regarding scope of work, cost and timing
• Develop project specific procedures for the upcoming operation
• Issue request to the Company organization in order to deliver according to customer timeline and follow up on mobilizations regarding
• equipment
• engineering
• crew
• Ensure that proper HSEQ planning and risk assessments are executed including deviation control
• Issue VOR’s to the customer if scope, cost or timing changes
• Reporting on project status and progress
• Perform necessary follow up and mitigations if necessary
• Crew briefings prior to offshore operation
• Involved in personnel management and appraisal dialogues
• Follow up on the ongoing operation/projects
• Invoicing and follow-up
• Evaluation of the project and post job reporting

Qualifications:

• Minimum mechanical or electrical certificate of apprenticeship
• Bachelor degree engineering or 2 years technical college will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of project management
• English verbal and written
• Offshore certificates Skills/Experience
• 2 years working experience preferably as a supervisor/team leader/foreman within the offshore industry
• Computer skills within standard software
