Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Project Manager to establish and run projects for customer contracts, ensuring terms are met after handover from sales. You will plan structure, manage P&L, and continually communicate with clients on scope, cost and timing, while developing operation procedures and coordinating mobilizations.

The role requires offshore experience, engineering education, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum mechanical or electrical certificate of apprenticeship.
• Bachelor degree in engineering or 2 years technical college may be advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of project management.
• English verbal and written.
• Offshore certificates Skills/Experience.
• 2 years working experience preferably as a supervisor/team leader/foreman within the offshore industry.
• Computer skills within standard software.

Responsibilities

• Establish projects to execute customer contracts per terms after handover.
• Plan projects including structure and P&L.
• Communicate scope, cost, and timing with the customer.
• Develop project-specific procedures for operation.
• Coordinate mobilizations for equipment, engineering, and crew.
• Ensure HSEQ planning and risk assessments are performed.
• Report project status and progress.
• Manage personnel development and appraisals.
• Handle invoicing and follow-up.
• Evaluate projects and post job reporting.
