Job summary

Vår Energi AS seeks experienced project controls and estimating professionals to strengthen our offshore project organization. You will join a skilled team responsible for planning, forecasting and decision support across lifecycles, ensuring delivery of major offshore projects.

You will work with project teams and leadership to provide insights that drive good decisions, strong performance and successful delivery, with opportunities to lead small teams and innovate using digital tools and AI.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree within Engineering, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience from project, engineering, business or commercial environments within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record with estimating, project controls, planning, cost management or related disciplines.
• Proactive in exploring how digital tools, automation and AI can simplify work, improve quality and support better decisions.
• For a Project Control Lead position, you have experience leading small teams and helping them perform at their best.
