Job summary

Head Energy seeks an Automated Subsea Pig Launcher Lead to drive the design, fabrication, integration and commissioning of the SAPL package for offshore projects. You will lead contractor activities, review technical deliverables and uphold standards for safety, quality and schedule.

The role requires extensive subsea engineering experience, with emphasis on project leadership, installation, and collaboration with QHSES and QA/QC teams to ensure successful delivery and operability of subsea

Qualifications

Engineer/Master Civil Engineering with systems engineering background and subsea knowledge.
15+ years in subsea projects and major oil and gas experience.
Experience in design leadership or project management.
Experience in hardware delivery packages (Systems, Trees, Controls, Pipelines, Manifolds).

Responsibilities

Lead SAPL contractor activities, ensuring design, fabrication, integration and testing per plan.
Review calculations, simulations and analyses for subsea equipment integrity.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to optimise delivery and operation.
Attend engineering meetings and manage contractor performance against contract scope.
Identify and mitigate key technical risks and ensure safety and compliance.
