Job summary

Necto Search & Selection, partnering with a rapidly growing Irish construction consultancy, seeks an experienced OFCI Manager to lead the Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed strategy for major data centre equipment across Europe. The role is based on-site in Kristiansand, Norway, with responsibility for procurement from RFP through delivery.

You will manage vendor relationships, draft RFPs and contracts, evaluate tenders, and ensure equipment delivery aligns with programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in OFCI, major equipment procurement or supply-chain management.
• Strong background in data centres / mission-critical projects.
• Knowledge of major electrical and mechanical plant.
• Strong commercial, contractual and vendor-management skills.
• Experience working with major equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Develop OFCI and procurement strategies.
• Draft RFPs, contracts and evaluation criteria.
• Lead/take part in tender evaluations and vendor selection.
• Manage major equipment procurement (generators, switchgear & transformers).

Necto Search & Selection is partnering with a rapidly growing Irish construction consultancy to appoint an experienced OFCI Manager to support its expanding European data centre portfolio.

You will lead the Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) strategy for major data centre equipment, managing key vendor relationships and driving procurement from RFP through to delivery. This will be based on-site in Kristiansand south Norway.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage OFCI and procurement strategies.
• Draft RFPs, contracts and evaluation criteria.
• Lead/support tender evaluations and vendor selection.
• Manage major equipment procurement, including:
• Generators, switchgear & transformers
• Fan walls, chillers & CDUs
• Other critical MEP equipment
• Manage relationships with major equipment vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and project teams to ensure equipment is delivered to programme.

About You
