Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd in Norway is seeking an OFCI Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed mechanical and electrical equipment on Data Centre projects. You will coordinate procurement, design integration, manufacturing, delivery, installation and commissioning, reporting to the Sisk MEP Lead.

The role requires strong interface skills with clients and vendors, governance, risk management, FAT/FWT oversight, and hands-on site coordination to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in data centre or critical infra projects.
• Experience coordinating OFCI/Vendor equipment across design, manufacturing, installation and handover.
• Strong knowledge of MEP supply chain and vendor integration.
• Experience with QA/QC, FAT/FWT, and handover requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of all OFCI packages across the project lifecycle.
• Interface with Client, Lead Project Manager, vendors and contractors for clear accountability.
• Oversee FAT/FWT activities to ensure quality compliance and testing.
• Coordinate integration of OFCI equipment with CSA, MEP, and control systems.
• Ensure installation readiness, safety and environmental adherence on site.
• Manage risk, change, and progress reporting across the OFCI scope.
