V7 Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management for major data centre projects in Kristiansand, Norway.

You will oversee cost/value management, forecasting and cashflow, while managing contracts, variations and entitlement recovery. The role requires strong leadership, contractual knowledge and stakeholder management, with data centre or mission-critical experience highly advantageous.

The Opportunity

V7 Recruitment are working with a leading, family-owned construction business with over 160 years of industry experience and a rapidly growing data centre division across Europe. With an established track record delivering major projects for leading technology and hyperscale clients, the business is continuing to expand its European data centre operation and is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the teams in Kristiansand, Norway.
