Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance or economics.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within contracting work.
Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and/or Norwegian.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning schedules with all involved stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and planning cycles are met.
Register new demand entries in the Excel control spreadsheet for tracking and visibility.
Prepare Request for Production (RFP): complete the template, share internally, and organize quality control meetings.
Send the finalized RFP to the supplier via email and manage RFP processing with supplier feedback.
Track readiness of materials and monitor production progress with suppliers and the logistics team.
