Job summary

IKM in Florø is seeking a procurement-focused professional to coordinate production planning and supplier contracting. You will manage RFPs, register demand, and create SAP material numbers, ensuring timely purchase requisitions and alignment with logistics.

The role requires 5+ years in contracting, strong English and Norwegian communication, and a proactive, integrity-driven approach. This is a full-time position located in Florø, with a contract duration spanning 1 November 2026 to 30 August

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance, or economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant contracting experience.
• Strong performance-driven mindset with interest in commercial aspects and cost-consciousness.
• Proactive, engaged, and curious with high professional and personal integrity.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning schedules with all involved stakeholders.
• Register new demand entries and create new SAP material numbers.
• Prepare, process, and manage Request for Production (RFP) with suppliers.
• Generate purchase requisitions based on approved RFPs.
• Monitor production progress and conduct regular follow-up meetings with suppliers.
• Track the readiness of materials for delivery in coordination with logistics teams.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the planning tool.
• Interface with internal teams (Wells, PFMs, logistics) and relevant suppliers.
