Mercier Consultancy Group is pleased to present a Norwegian Speaking Customer Expert position for Canon in Greece. You will provide world-class support to Canon customers via phone, email, and chat, using Norwegian language skills to resolve inquiries and deliver a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for Canon customers via phone, email and chat, ensuring a premium experience in the Customer Support Services sector.
• Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot Canon product issues in Norwegian.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely information.
• Stay updated with the latest Canon product range to offer expert guidance to our client base.
• Document customer interactions and case resolutions within the CRM system with precision.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and enhance operational excellence.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, international work environment in Athens.
