Next Job Abroad is helping Norwegians relocate to Greece to join an international Canon support team, working remotely from home in Greece with full training.

You’ll work remotely from your home in Greece, receive full product training and build valuable experience in both customer service and technical support.

Your Role with the Canon Support Team

You'll help Norwegian-speaking Canon customers with questions about products such as cameras, printers and other imaging technology.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
• Answering questions about Canon products and services
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Guiding customers towards the right solution
• Managing customer cases from question to resolution

No need to be a Canon expert already - you'll receive full product and technical training.

Along the way, you'll build practical experience in technical support, troubleshooting, customer experience and consumer technology - useful skills if you later want to explore other roles within tech, digital support or international customer operations.

You:
