Mercier Consultancy Group seeks Norwegian Speaking Financial Customer Experts to join our Greece-based remote team. You will provide high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email and chat, handling complex inquiries with accuracy and compliance, and logging interactions in the CRM.

The role requires native or fluent Norwegian, strong English, EU passport, and finance or banking customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in English for professional internal communication
• Previous experience in finance, banking, or customer support is highly advantageous
• Eligibility to work remotely within Greece as part of this role

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality financial support and guidance to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Manage sensitive financial inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and strict adherence to industry compliance standards
• Analyze complex customer issues and deliver effective solutions tailored to individual financial needs
