You will handle complex inquiries, maintain compliant records in the CRM, and stay updated on financial regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

This role requires native or fluent Norwegian and good English, with EU passport eligibility for remote work in Greece.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Strong English proficiency for professional internal communication.
• Prior experience in finance, banking, or customer support is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for building trust within a financial context.
• Eligibility to work remotely within Greece for this position.

Responsabilidades
