Bitdeer Technologies Group in Norway is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR professional to lead recruitment and support HR operations for our business in Norway. You will take ownership of end-to-end hiring across technical, operational and corporate functions, working closely with hiring managers and our global HR team.

Beyond recruitment, you will also serve as a local HR partner, supporting employee onboarding, HR operations, employee relations and compliance with Norwegian

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of recruitment experience, including end-to-end hiring.
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities for technical roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing recruitment independently.
• Good understanding of the Norwegian talent market and recruitment practices.
• Exposure to broader HR operations, employee relations or HR business partnering.
• Working knowledge of Norwegian employment practices with advisory coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent English communication; Norwegian language proficiency desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Strategizing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent.
• Directly engaging with passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conducting talent market mapping and analysis for a sustainable recruitment strategy.
• Managing recruitment efforts across channels including direct applications and referrals.
• Guiding interviews and evaluating candidates for skills, team fit and culture.
• Developing competitive compensation packages considering internal equity and leveling.
• Ensuring exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Using data-driven insights to provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Promoting Bitdeer’s employer brand within the industry.
• Staying current on local labor laws and contributing to HR process improvements.
