Consat Telematics in Norway seeks a Manager to lead the local organization, driving growth and people development. You will work closely with the Head of CMU Nordics to strengthen customer relationships, support the team, and drive key initiatives.

The role includes responsibility for budget and governance, with a focus on scalable growth. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure compliance with Norwegian regulations, and collaborate with the wider Nordic organization to align priorities

Qualifikationen

• Technical background in telecommunications, IT, automotive or public transport.
• Experience in people management, process development and operational leadership.
• Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
• Commercial mindset with upselling and new business opportunities collaboration with KAM team.
• Analytical mindset with ability to develop KPIs and data-driven improvements.
• Proactive, independent leadership style and ability to scale the organization.
• Location in Oslo or willingness to relocate.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the local organization in Norway (approx. 15 employees).
• Strengthen customer relationships and growth with the Head of CMU Nordics.
• Oversee local operations and customer deliveries.
• Represent Consat Telematics to employees, customers, partners and authorities.
• Own the operational budget and support financial planning.
