Job summary

Yutong Bus & Coach Europe in Norway is hiring a full-time HR Specialist to lead local HR full-cycle management, daily admin tasks and business coordination, ensuring compliant operations and steady talent support.

Responsibilities include recruitment across local and overseas channels, contract and payroll administration, expatriate support, office leasing, front desk duties and logistics; candidates with Norwegian labour law knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HR or admin experience in Norway.
• Knowledge of Norwegian labor laws and local HR procedures.
• Valid legal residence status in Norway, able to work full-time without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local full-cycle HR including recruitment, onboarding, and salary negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws; manage contracts, attendance, payroll, and performance reviews.
• Support expatriates with residence permits, housing, SIM cards, and local living arrangements.
• Coordinate office operations: leasing, supplies, mail, insurance, and front desk tasks.
• Handle invoices, reimbursements, marketing events, and website maintenance; assist in vehicle import and delivery logistics.
