Job summary

Soben, part of Accenture, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead delivery of complex projects in Norway. You will manage General Contractors, coordinate with subcontractors and ensure buildability and compliance across MEP or CSA scopes.

The role requires strong construction expertise, contract administration know-how, and excellent communication with stakeholders across the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in construction or engineering.
• Proven experience in construction management on large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in MEP or CSA disciplines.
• Experience in Norway or the Nordic region.
• Strong contract administration and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee General Contractor performance from inception to completion.
• Ensure health and safety compliance per Norwegian regulations.
• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to uphold quality and H&S.
• Develop and manage construction programmes aligned with client objectives.
• Provide regular progress updates to client leadership.
