Job summary

Gi Group is seeking a Central Recruitment Team Lead to own recruitment for high‑volume blue‑collar projects across Norway, centrally coordinated from Stavanger. You will spend ~70% of time recruiting hands‑on and ~30% leading your team, building a strong candidate pool for logistics and production across sites nationwide.

You will lead end‑to‑end processes, collaborate with Operations and regional functions, and contribute to strategy with the Recruitment Director in a fast‑growing HR ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Experience leading teams professionally.
• Fluent Norwegian, spoken and written; good English as a second language.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit end‑to‑end – sourcing to hiring (≈70%).
• Own recruitment across projects and regions in Norway.
• Build and grow a strong blue‑collar candidate pool (logistics & production).
• Drive recruitment channels and methods effectiveness.
