Devop1 is a 100% remote company seeking a Senior Candidate Recruiter to help build a world-class team. You can work from anywhere in the world and will engage with clients to understand hiring needs.

You will design hiring stages, source and screen candidates, present summaries, and guide negotiations through to completion. This role offers flexible scheduling and high remuneration, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Recruiter, preferably at a staffing agency.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview methods.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniorities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with customers to understand hiring needs and objectives.
• Design and customize hiring stages for each position.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and present shortlisted candidates with summaries.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and maintain long-lasting client relationships.

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency);
• Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong decision-making skills.

As a core team member, you will:

• Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements;
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities;
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships;
• Contribute to further development, change management in the company;
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
