Job summary

MiCiM is seeking an experienced MEP Lead in Norway to drive on-site MEP activities for data centre projects. You will coordinate mechanical and electrical packages, manage subcontractors and ensure testing, commissioning and handover meet client specifications and safety standards.

We value strong communication, a solid engineering background in MEP delivery, and willingness to work on-site in the Nordics. International project experience is an advantage as MiCiM expands across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background with hands-on MEP delivery.
• Proven track record as MEP Lead or Senior MEP Manager on data centres or mission-critical projects.
• Excellent understanding of cooling technologies and mechanical systems in hyperscale data centres.
• Ability to manage complex interfaces between trades and drive performance.
• Strong communicator; able to lead meetings and engage stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Nordics; international project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all MEP activities on-site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers for seamless delivery of MEP packages.
• Review designs, method statements and submittals for client specs.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve issues to protect schedule and cost.
• Oversee installation quality and ensure testing, commissioning and handover.
• Act as main MEP contact with client and stakeholders.
• Uphold safety culture and comply with HSE requirements.
