Job summary

Helly Hansen AS is seeking a Customer Operations Representative Nordics to support wholesale and B2B customers across the Nordic region. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth order handling, clear communication and reliable aftersales support from entry to delivery.

The role requires strong customer service, ERP experience (SAP), good Excel skills, and fluency in English plus at least one Nordic language.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer service environment is an advantage.
Ability to understand customer needs and turn complaints into positive customer experiences.
Comfortable working with digital tools; experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, and good Excel skills are a strong advantage.
Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language — Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Finnish — is required. Fluency in more than one Nordic language is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide first-class, customer-oriented advice and service to Helly Hansen wholesale and B2B customers across the Nordic market.
Assist with product deliveries, prices, discounts, aftersales checks, campaigns and other service-related questions.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across the business to support a one-team approach.
Work with local Sales, Finance, Logistics and other teams to exchange information and align decisions for customers.
