Job summary

Capgemini in Oslo is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to strengthen Capgemini's ability to attract and engage top talent across the Nordic region. You will collaborate with a colleague in Sweden to develop and execute impactful talent attraction strategies across Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.

You will analyze local talent and market sentiments, build personas, and develop data-driven briefs to prioritize attraction actions and deliver on Talent Acquisition objectives.

Qualifications

• A first experience in a talent acquisition, talent attraction or employer branding role, ideally in a global tech organization.
• 3 to 6 years of experience driving and implementing talent attraction and candidate experience projects.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights and Phenom will be a plus.
• Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
• Experience managing complex stakeholders from different functions and aligning with a global strategy.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze local talent, employee, and market sentiments to identify gaps and strengthen our data-driven approach, measuring and reporting on KPIs.
• Run focus groups and interviews to build talent personas that inform our attraction activities.
• Develop data-driven briefs to identify and prioritize attraction actions and execute those plans to deliver on Talent Acquisition objectives.
• Run talent‑nurturing strategies for key target groups within the Capgemini Talent Pool.
• Enable Talent Acquisition teams to adopt a segmented approach to the candidate market (Job descriptions templates, target group pitches).
• Build a best‑in‑class candidate experience from consideration to application, aligned with local candidate expectations and market best practices.
