Nordic Speakers in Malta is seeking Nordic-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderator to join an international team with relocation included. The role is hybrid (70% customer support, 30% content moderation) and involves email and chat interactions.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; a clean criminal record or two references are mandatory upon arrival. Relocation benefits and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• Languages required: Nordic language (C1+) and English (B2).
• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Clean criminal record or 2 employer references (mandatory upon arrival).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Review and moderate online content (images, text, profiles)
• Apply platform guidelines and local regulations
• Escalate violations and identify workflow improvements
• Meet performance KPIs and contribute to team goals
• Participate in regular training and adapt to various projects and markets
