Job summary

You will respond to inquiries by email and chat, review content, apply guidelines, and meet KPIs. No prior experience required; a clean record or references are mandatory. Salary 1625–1990 EUR/month, with bonuses and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Basic technical skills (MS Office Excel, Word).
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Clean criminal record or two employer references (mandatory on arrival).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Review and moderate online content (images, text, profiles).
• Apply platform guidelines and local regulations.
• Escalate violations and identify workflow improvements.
• Meet performance KPIs and contribute to team goals.
• Participate in regular training and adapt to various projects and markets.
