Job summary

United Talent Acquisition is hiring a multilingual Content Reviewer in Malta. The role combines 70% customer support and 30% content moderation, interacting via email and chat to help users while ensuring safe, compliant platforms. No prior experience required; full training provided, with relocation support for EU passport holders.

Selected candidates will work on rotating shifts (evenings/weekends) with project variations, and enjoy benefits including housing assistance and airport pickup.

Qualifications

• Nordic language at C1+ and English at B2.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Clean criminal record or 2 employer references (mandatory upon arrival)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Review and moderate online content (images, text, profiles)
• Apply platform guidelines and local regulations
• Escalate violations and identify workflow improvements
• Meet performance KPIs and contribute to team goals
• Participate in regular training and adapt to various projects and markets
