Job summary

If P&C Insurance Ltd (publ) (Sweden) is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the Nordic growth agenda across markets. You will work with country management to drive strategic priorities and collaborate across functions to translate insights into actionable initiatives.

The role combines Nordic strategic development with hands-on business development, including workshops and stakeholder management. Travel across Nordics is expected; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience in management consulting or business development.
• University degree in business, technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as business development partner to one of our country management teams, supporting the local growth agenda and strategic priorities.
• Lead Nordic strategic projects, including deep dives into selected business topics.
• Conduct internal and external analysis to support fact-based decision making.
• Facilitate workshops and management discussions on prioritized topics.
• Identify improvement areas and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product & Underwriting, Sales, Digital & CRM, Claims, and other units to evaluate and realize identified opportunities.
• Travel as needed across the Nordics.
