Euronext Corporate Solutions is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing Nordics (Interim, 1 year) based in Oslo. You will lead the Nordic marketing team and drive GTM strategy across European markets, owning pipeline and revenue in collaboration with sales leadership.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Marketing and Data Intelligence Officer, you will manage Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Partnerships, ensuring alignment with governance, compliance and investor relations products.

Qualificações

• 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Track record in pipeline management, campaign execution, and GTM strategy, ideally in SaaS/B2B.
• Experience working across multiple countries in an international environment.
• Fluent English communication skills (Norwegian is an advantage).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Collaboration within a European, international, and diverse team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Nordic marketing team, maintain momentum, provide direction.
• Drive Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, Partnership Marketing and GTM across product lines; manage pipeline, revenue, and market penetration.
• Design and plan GTM strategy for Admincontrol product suite across European markets.
• Own pipeline reviews with sales leadership; ensure campaigns and full-funnel reporting stay on schedule and budgets.
• Represent marketing in cross-functional leadership meetings; align with sales and other marketing leaders on GTM plans.
