Aon, a leading global professional services firm, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager for the Nordic region. The role covers Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, with base in Stockholm or Oslo.

You will drive demand generation, develop Nordic-focused content, and coordinate campaigns with regional marketing teams. Fluency in English and Swedish or Norwegian is required, and 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience managing campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a matrix organization is preferred.
• Experience working in a Nordic organization is highly desirable.
• Professional fluency in English and either Swedish or Norwegian is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, content, PR, social media, email, and events.
• Lead demand generation initiatives and create Nordic audience-focused content.
• Coordinate local activation of regional and global campaigns.
• Strengthen brand visibility in Nordic markets and optimize performance with data insights.
• Organize events, webinars, roundtables, and thought leadership activities to drive pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales teams and regional colleagues to ensure strong pipeline follow-up.
