Job summary

Tieto Caretech is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to join our Nordic Market team to drive new business growth across the Nordic countries. You will translate customer needs into architected solutions and collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to ensure delivery readiness.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, experience with complex software integrations, and fluency in English plus a Nordic language.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution architecture or a similar customer-facing role.
• Deep experience with complex software solutions and integrations.
• Fluent in at least one Nordic language and English; strong verbal and written communication to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into solution concepts and architecture overviews.
• Collaborate with Delivery teams to reflect product roadmaps in customer solutions.
• Become a trusted advisor for customers and connect with senior stakeholders.
• Present our solutions and explain how they support customer priorities.
• Coordinate input from Delivery teams and other experts when shaping solutions.
• Identify risks and delivery considerations related to proposed solutions.
• Share customer and market insights to support go-to-market efforts in the Nordics.
