Job summary

Tieto Caretech is modernizing Nordic health and social care sectors with modular, open software. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with architects, developers and application specialists to deliver, deploy and maintain Workforce Planner in cloud environments and ensure smooth upgrades for customers.

You will contribute to automation, documentation and on-call support while communicating fluently in Norwegian and English, in a flexible hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Three-year ICT education or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Windows Server, IIS, SQL, and PowerShell.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade Tieto Workforce Planner in test environments and with customers.
• Package, verify and deliver new software versions.
• Help move on-prem infrastructure to cloud for internal and customer installs.
• Maintain Workforce Planner in a cloud environment.
• Improve packaging, delivery and deployment automation.
• Maintain installation documentation and internal environments.
• Migrate customer systems during infrastructure upgrades.
• Assist technical operations staff at the customer when needed.
• Develop SQL scripts for customized data extraction.
