Job summary

Fossefall is building Nordic AI Factories that combine clean energy, data centers and sovereign AI capabilities. We are preparing our first facilities for commercial operation, with ambitions to become a leading Nordic AI infrastructure platform.

We seek a Head of Operations to build and lead the organisation responsible for running our facilities and delivering GPU-as-a-Service. You will influence decisions on partnerships, operating models and scale as we grow across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations and building, scaling or transforming an Operations function.
• Experience operating mission-critical infrastructure and leading technical or operational teams.
• Experience establishing teams, processes and governance structures.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Operations function from ground up across planning, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Define procedures, systems and partner agreements for launch and ongoing operations.
• Lead data center operations and GPU-as-a-Service delivery, including onboarding and SLA performance.
• Oversee incident, change and capacity management for reliable operations.
• Select and manage operational partners, suppliers and service providers.
• Develop the team and operating model as facilities enter service across the Nordics.
