Job summary

Fossefall, a Nordic AI infrastructure company, is building an Asset Management function to govern data centre and AI compute assets.

As Head of Asset Management, you will establish governance, KPI tracking, and lifecycle planning, reporting to CFO and collaborating with Operations, Project Delivery, Technology and Finance.

This pivotal role offers the chance to shape the playbook from an early stage and secure long-term value for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in asset management or related owner-side roles.
• Experience managing capital-intensive infrastructure assets.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding including O&M agreements.
• Experience with asset performance, KPIs and CAPEX planning.
• Experience with data centres, power or telecom infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the Asset Management framework, governance and KPIs across the portfolio.
• Represent the owner’s perspective during transition from development to operations.
• Own framework for asset performance, monitoring availability, costs, revenue and returns.
• Lead owner-side management of key operational contracts including O&M agreements.
• Build and manage relationships with OEMs, insurers, lenders, and suppliers.
• Develop long-term lifecycle, CAPEX and investment plans.
