Job summary

AIG Europe S.A. NUF is seeking an Operations Specialist in Oslo for a 7-month temporary assignment.

This hands-on role supports the Accident & Health product line through policy administration, data processing, invoicing, and day-to-day operational support within the Nordic Underwriting Operations team. Based in Oslo with Nordic collaboration across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, you will work closely with underwriters, brokers and support teams to ensure accurate processing and timely

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, operational, or support roles.
• Comfort with using multiple IT systems and new tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality delivery.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Policy administration: process transactions and maintain records across internal systems.
• Operational processing: manage routine tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Invoicing support: assist with premium invoicing and related admin work.
• Frontline communication: handle inquiries with internal stakeholders and brokers.
• Issue resolution: investigate and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Underwriting support: assist underwriters with admin tasks to smooth workflows.
• Process improvement: identify and implement ways to streamline operations.
