Hitachi Energy Norway AS is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support our Nordic HR Operations team on a part-time basis. This role will act as the local HR Operations expert for Norway, ensuring that Norwegian requirements are understood, documented, and correctly executed within our centralized HR delivery model.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, Payroll Administration, or Personnel Administration.
• Experience in a shared services or centralized HR delivery environment.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Ensure Norwegian legal, payroll, and administrative requirements are reflected in standardized processes.
• Provide guidance on local practices, compliance requirements, and process exceptions.
• Support centralized HR delivery by minimizing local dependencies and maintaining documentation.
• Maintain local process documentation and work instructions for Norway-specific activities.
• Identify improvements and risks to further standardize local processes.
