Aig Inc in Oslo is seeking an Operations Specialist for a seven-month temporary assignment to support our Nordic Underwriting Operations team.

Based in Oslo with a Nordic scope across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, you will handle policy administration, data processing, invoicing, and frontline communication with brokers and internal partners.

This role requires attention to detail, initiative, and ability to navigate multiple IT systems while contributing to efficient workflows.

This is a hands-on operational role where you will support our Accident & Health (A&H) business through policy administration, data processing, invoicing, and day-to-day operational support. Success in this role requires a structured mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems and processes independently. While you will be part of our wider Operations team, your primary focus will be supporting our A&H product line.
