Job summary

Greenstep is seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Consultant to work on a range of client projects in Norway, including new implementations, ongoing services and optimization work. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, developers and finance consultants to deliver robust ERP solutions and smooth change management.

You will analyze business processes, translate needs into NetSuite configurations, and provide training and documentation while exploring opportunities for process

Greenstep's growth continues steadily, and we are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to work with NetSuite in a variety of client projects as part of our team of experts.

About your role as a NetSuite ERP Consultant

As an ERP Consultant, you will work as part of a client team on new customer implementation projects, various ongoing service projects, and other system-related assignments. Your responsibilities include identifying clients' technical challenges and finding effective solutions. You will develop solutions and maintain the system to ensure it continues to support the client's evolving needs. As a consultant, you will solve urgent issues, but you will also be able to identify opportunities to provide clients with useful tools or initiate discussions around potential process improvements tailored to their needs. You will leverage your understanding of business processes in your daily work, and your curious mindset will help you gain a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, needs, and capabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for NetSuite implementation, development, and support projects. You will work closely with clients, project managers, developers, finance consultants, and other stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure successful ERP solutions and smooth change management. Your responsibilities may also include delivering sales demonstrations to prospective clients.

New client NetSuite implementation projects include defining the current state of the client's business processes and system landscape, as well as configuring and validating corresponding functionalities within NetSuite. Your responsibilities will also include defining required integrations and connections to surrounding systems in collaboration with the wider team, validating and migrating historical data or supporting clients in these activities, as well as managing deployment according to the cut-over plan and providing go-live support. In client projects, you will facilitate workshops and hold regular status meetings. You will configure and customize the NetSuite system to meet client requirements, train clients, and ensure system documentation is maintained.

In ongoing services, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their day-to-day use of the system, as well as planning and implementing new enhancements. Your responsibilities include defining new requirements arising from business growth and change, implementing system-related changes where needed, testing alternatives and functionalities, conducting client demonstrations, training users, and providing guidance and support.

What we hope from our future team member

• Previous experience working with order-to-cash processes and/or production planning and control.
• Understanding of business processes, particularly in procurement and purchasing, inventory management, order-to-cash processes, customer relationship management, and supply chain management.
• Experience as a key user in ERP implementations and/or in ERP system development. Familiarity with NetSuite is considered an advantage, but experience with other ERP systems is also valuable (e.g. SAP, Business Central).
• A relevant educational background.
• Fluent communication skills in English. Other language skills (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Estonian) are seen as an advantage.
• The ability to identify business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
