MEP Project Lead — Hyperscale Data Centre (Norway) Contract

Job summary

Thor seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to join the client-side delivery team on a major AI data centre project in Norway. You will lead MEP delivery through construction and commissioning and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and CSA interfaces on site.

Required: proven MEP experience in hyperscale or mission-critical data centres, strong commissioning and contractor management, and site-based work. Contract is 6 months (extension likely) with 3/1 rotation; flights and accommodation

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering MEP packages on hyperscale or mission-critical data centres.
• Previous experience as an MEP Project Manager, MEP Lead or MEP Project Director.
• Practical, site-based experience.
• Client-side or developer experience is preferred.
• Strong commissioning and contractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP delivery throughout construction and commissioning.
• Manage contractors and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and CSA interfaces.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.
