Job summary

IKM Consultants AS in Stord is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead Mechanical Completion activities within the Mechanical/Piping discipline. You will plan, coordinate and execute MC tasks with safety and efficiency at the core of project delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating progress, quality, resources and budget, establishing procedures and supporting suppliers, fabrication yards and handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree or technical education with MC/completion experience
• 3 years of Completion experience
• Experience as MC at Stord is required
• Industry experience required
• Strong leadership to guide and support discipline personnel
• Experience from EPC projects in Topsides & Facilities, Renewables or similar environments
• Experience with PIMS, MIPS, ProCoSys, Microsoft 365 and Autodesk Simulate

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Mechanical Completion activities within the Mechanical/Piping discipline
• Plan, prepare and execute MC activities while ensuring safe and efficient project delivery
• Manage progress, quality, resources and budget within your area of responsibility
• Establishing and maintaining procedures, work instructions and governing documentation for MC activities
• Supporting suppliers, fabrication yards and assembly locations to ensure successful completion and handover
