Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Discipline Lead for MC - Mech./Piping to drive Mechanical Completion across onshore/offshore projects. You will lead disciplines, manage resources and budgets, and coordinate with suppliers and yards to ensure safe, timely handover.

The role requires a strong track record in EPC environments (Topsides/Facilities or renewables), plus hands-on use of PIMS, MIPS, ProCoSys, and Autodesk Simulate. Norwegian and English communication skills are essential.

Competenze

Bachelor's or master's degree, or technical education with extensive MC experience.
Strong leadership to guide, motivate and support discipline personnel.
Experience from EPC projects within Topsides & Facilities, Renewables or similar.
Experience with PIMS, MIPS, ProCoSys, Microsoft 365 and Autodesk Simulate.
Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
