Job summary

IKM in Stord, Norway seeks a skilled Mechanical Completion Lead to lead and coordinate MC activities within the Mechanical and Piping discipline. You will plan, prepare and execute MC tasks ensuring safe and efficient project delivery while managing progress, quality, resources and budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or technical education) with extensive MC experience, including EPC Topsides & Facilities or renewables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or technical education combined with extensive MC and completion experience.
• Must have 3 year(s) of Completion experience.
• Previous MC at Stord experience is required.
• Industry experience required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate and support discipline personnel.
• Experience from EPC projects within Topsides & Facilities, Renewables or similar project environments.
• Must have previous experience with PIMS, MIPS, ProCoSys, Microsoft 365 and Autodesk Simulate.
• Language: Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Location: Stord.
• Duration: ASAP - 01.06.2027.
