Job summary

ENERSURS AS is seeking a capable Mechanical Completion Lead to coordinate MC activities within the Mechanical/Piping discipline at Stord. You will plan, execute and govern MC tasks, ensuring safe, timely project delivery and compliance with procedures.

The role requires solid leadership, experience from EPC/Topsides+Facilities or renewables, and hands-on use of PIMS, MIPS, ProCoSys, Microsoft 365 and Autodesk Simulate. Fluent Norwegian and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous MC at Stord experience required.
• Strong leadership to guide, motivate and support discipline personnel.
• Experience from EPC projects within Topsides & Facilities, Renewables or similar project environments.
• Must have previous experience with PIMS, MIPS, ProCoSys, Microsoft 365 and Autodesk Simulate.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or technical education combined with extensive MC and completion experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating Mechanical Completion activities within the Mechanical/Piping discipline.
• Planning, preparing and executing MC activities while ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
• Managing progress, quality, resources and budget within your area of responsibility.
• Establishing and maintaining procedures, work instructions and governing documentation for MC activities.
• Supporting suppliers, fabrication yards and assembly locations to ensure successful completion and handover.
