Job summary

CAI Software in Norway's Maritech unit seeks a driven Account Executive to accelerate growth with net-new logos and expand existing customers in Norway and Iceland. The role requires hunting outbound prospecting, engaging with operations, IT, and executive stakeholders, and managing complex sales cycles across technical and business teams, both virtually and onsite.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B software sales experience.
Proven ability to close complex, consultative deals.
Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
Experience managing inbound leads alongside outbound efforts.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Experience selling into manufacturing and/or seafood environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and meet or exceed MidMarket revenue quota for the Norwegian and EMEA territory.
Execute territory strategy focused on net-new logo acquisition and land-and-expand growth.
Lead multi-threaded MidMarket sales cycles with procurement, legal, security, and executives.
Create urgency by tying solutions to measurable outcomes like efficiency and ROI.
Position value-based solutions to accelerate time to value for customers.
