Job summary

Manta EU is building an AI-driven platform across ecommerce, real estate and large enterprises. We seek a senior corporate finance professional to own governance, equity storytelling and investor relations as we pursue growth and listing readiness.

You will manage the board cycle, investor materials and due diligence, while coordinating cross-functional projects and capital-raising efforts through our Vergence portfolio. English required; Norwegian a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate finance, IR, equity research or management consulting.
• Excellent ability to create convincing decision materials, written and verbal.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to read financial statements.
• Operational fluency; proactive with ownership of outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead board cycle: calendar, agendas, packs, minutes and follow-up.
• Administer corporate governance: resolutions, related-party approvals, meetings.
• Own investor library, data room and due-diligence responses.
• Draft board papers and decision memos; ensure consistent messaging across materials.
• Coordinate investor communications and align materials with equity story.
• Support capital raising and listing readiness; structure internal processes and cross-functional projects.
• Reconcile KPIs across board packs, investor materials and financial models.

The role

Our ambition is to build a $10bn company in the near term. Our mission is to automate profitable growth.

We’re building AI that connects a company’s systems, understands what drives performance, and turns decisions into action across ecommerce, real estate and large enterprises in Europe, the GCC and the US.

This has been a long time in the making. Years of customer relationships, integrations and industry experience have given us a strong foundation. The technology is now catching up with what we’ve wanted to build.

And building a company at this scale takes exceptional people across finance, strategy and execution. This role starts with the equity story. You will need to understand what actually creates value at Manta, be able to explain it to a sceptical investor or board member, and keep that story consistent as the business evolves.

Different audiences need different things from the same set of facts. Management needs decisions. Boards need governance and a clear line of sight. Investors and, in time, the public market need a case they can underwrite. Holding those together, without letting the versions drift apart, is the core of the job.

The work splits roughly in half. One half is board process: the cycle, the papers, the governance record, and the internal structure and project discipline a company needs during high growth and before it lists. The other half is investor facing: the materials, the questions, the diligence. Some of that time might fall outside Manta, on the other parts of the Vergence portfolio.

• 3+ years in corporate finance, transaction services, investor relations, equity research or management consulting.
