Manta Technologies, an AI company based in Oslo, seeks a Manager, Strategy & Investor Relations to lead the equity story, governance, and investor communications for a high-growth, AI-native business. You will partner with executives to prepare materials for boards, investors and potential listings, while driving cross-functional initiatives.
The role emphasizes a strong finance background, clear storytelling, and hands-on creation of decision-ready assets in a fast-moving tech environment.
Manage the board cycle, corporate governance, investor relations, and support capital raising and listing readiness for an AI growth company.
The role
Manta Technologies is an AI company based in Tjuvholmen, Oslo, building an autonomous reasoning engine that connects to business systems and acts on commercial logic to drive growth. The engine is industry-agnostic, but is built out vertical by vertical. We serve Enterprises across commerce, real estate, hospitality, capital and telecom in Europe, the GCC and the US.
This role starts with the equity story. You will need to understand what actually creates value at Manta, be able to explain it to a sceptical investor or board member, and keep that story consistent as the business evolves.
Different audiences need different things from the same set of facts. Management needs decisions. Boards need governance and a clear line of sight. Investors and, in time, the public market need a case they can underwrite. Holding those together, without letting the versions drift apart, is the core of the job.
The work splits roughly in half. One half is board process: the cycle, the papers, the governance record, and the internal structure and project discipline a company needs during high growth and before it lists. The other half is investor facing: the materials, the questions, the diligence. Some of that time might fall outside Manta, on the other parts of the Vergence portfolio.
What you'll do
Run the board cycle for Manta and its subsidiaries: calendar, agendas, packs, minutes and follow-up
Administer corporate governance: board resolutions, related-party approvals and general meeting documentation, working with legal counsel
Own the investor question library, the data room and the response process for due diligence requests
Draft board papers and decision memos
Own investor communication and board materials, and keep the message consistent across all of them
Understand, develop and use the equity story
Support capital raising and listing readiness
Structure internal processes and best practice, and run cross-functional projects to completion
What we’re looking for
4+ years in corporate finance, transaction services, investor relations, equity research or management consulting. Big Four background welcome
High proficiency in creating convincing decision-making material, written and verbal, across presentations and financial modelling
Strong financial literacy. You can read a set of accounts and say what is wrong with them
Operational fluency. You want the recommendation implemented, not filed
Proactive and self-driven, with a strong drive to produce materials and analyses you're proud to share
High ownership and commitment
Using AI to raise both throughput and quality of output
Excellent written and verbal communication (English required, Norwegian a plus)
What we offer
A competitive fixed salary, a performance bonus and an option package in an international AI-native growth company building towards a listing in the US.
Manta is an AI reasoning engine that connects a company's commercial data, works out what drives revenue, margin and lifetime value, and acts on it, autonomously and auditably. Built on a knowledge graph and formal-logic reasoning engine, Manta's conclusions are deterministic and provable. We serve Enterprises across commerce, real estate, hospitality, capital and telecom in Europe, the GCC and the US.
