Job summary

Manta EU is seeking a strategic professional to drive the next growth phase. You will lead end-to-end analyses, build rigorous financial models, and prepare materials for boards and investors.

You will work directly with senior leadership on market expansion, venture initiatives and portfolio initiatives within Vergence. You should bring at least three years in top-tier consulting or strategic roles, great ownership, and excellent communication to navigate a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, VC, PE or M&A.
• Ability to build and defend a financial model under scrutiny.
• Proven experience producing investor and board materials.
• Self-directed with the ability to own complex work in a shifting, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead end-to-end strategic analyses with clear recommendations.
• Build financial models covering unit economics, P&L, value, payback and scenarios.
• Produce investor and board materials: memos, slides and papers.
• Drive initiatives through to implementation, not just recommendations.
• Support work across the Vergence portfolio, including due diligence and integration on acquisitions/partnerships.
