A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Assistant for our Cobb community in Marietta, Georgia. This role focuses on maintaining the physical plant, supporting safety, and delivering dependable service to residents and staff.

We value compassion and teamwork in a person-directed care setting. The position offers regular weekday hours, with rotating weekend on call, and a 40-hour work week.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of Two years of Maintenance experience required.
• Experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community preferred.
• Knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and physical plant upkeep.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Knowledge of health care regulations pertaining to Federal/State/JCAHO surveys preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to foster team work with coworkers.

Full-time Maintenance Assistant Qualifications Include

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of Two years of Maintenance experience required
• One year of Maintenance experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community preferred
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and physical plant upkeep
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Knowledge of health care regulations pertaining to Federal/State/JCAHO surveys preferred
• Ability to assist in supporting Safety and Emergency Preparedness for community
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal/written)
• Ability to foster team work with coworkers
• Experience working with TELS Building Management system preferred
• Strong organization and time management skills
