Job summary

A.G. Rhodes in Cobb County, GA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Care Partners for our Cobb community in Marietta. Roles can be full-time or part-time and require every other weekend; PRN may require two shifts per month. We offer robust benefits and a compassionate, inclusive workplace.

As an LPN, you will support elder residents, collaborate with CNAs, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in care planning to promote dignity, safety, and quality of life for residents.

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Care Partner Qualifications Include

• Current LPN License in good standing. Must be Georgia or Multistate LPN license.
• One year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train new grads
• Experience working in a Person Directed Care community preferred
• Memory Care experience a plus
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
