A.G. Rhodes invites applications for a Full-time Nursing Unit Manager for the Legacy Building in Cobb County. This role requires an active LPN or RN license, with at least 2 years in long-term care and 1 year in supervision.

Expect a 7am-3pm shift, weekdays, and a comprehensive benefits package. The organization highlights a compassionate culture and a strong commitment to elder care and community service.

• LPN or RN license in good standing, GA or multi-state license required.
• 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing.

Full-time Nursing Unit Manager for our Legacy Building at our Cobb Community. This position does require LPN or RN license. 7am-3pm, Monday thru Friday.

Full-time Nursing Unit Manager Qualifications Include

• Current LPN or RN License in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required
• 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required
• 1 year of experience in Supervisory/Management role
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
